Solution Architect – DevOps
Experience:
6+ Years
Responsibilities:
    DevOps Expertise:
  • Develop, build, and maintain continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Lead Dockerized and Kubernetes-based deployments with a focus on microservices architecture.
  • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Architect and maintain scalable solutions across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • System Administration
  • Manage Linux-based environments and ensure seamless operation.
  • Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing systems (ELK, Prometheus/Grafana, or cloud-native tools).
  • Support cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure: EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.).
  • Optimize databases including MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL.

  • Project Management
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time./li>
  • Define project scopes, objectives, and manage risks, schedules, and costs.
  • Track and report project performance against goals.

  • Collaboration
  • Align technical and business teams for successful delivery.
  • Communicate project status and risks effectively to stakeholders.
  • Promote continuous learning and improvement across teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–7 years of experience in DevOps and open-source ecosystems.
  • 3+ years hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong Linux administration and microservices deployment expertise.
  • Advanced experience with IaC (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP (EKS/AKS/GKE).
  • Strong Git workflow knowledge.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, Go).
  • Familiarity with ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.

  • Preferred:
  • Strong database knowledge (MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
DevOps Engineer
Experience:
3 to 4 years
Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience working in DevOps and Open Source culture (CI/CD)
  • 2–3 years’ experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong Linux administration.
  • Experience in microservices deployment.
  • Expertise in IaC (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Strong experience with AWS/Azure/GCP (including EKS/AKS/GKE).
  • Knowledge of scalable and highly available architecture.
  • Strong Git workflow knowledge.
  • Experience in monitoring and logging (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, cloud tools).

System Engineer – L2/L3
Experience:
2+ Years
Responsibilities:
  • Provide L2/L3 support for Linux/Windows servers, cloud, networking, and enterprise apps.
  • Troubleshoot incidents, outages, and performance issues in production/staging.
  • Manage monitoring, alerting, and backup strategies.
  • Perform patching, upgrades, and capacity planning.
  • Automate tasks using Bash, Python, or Ansible.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams on IaC and CI/CD.
  • Support cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure: EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.).
  • Maintain system/security compliance as per standards.
  • Document SOPs, RCA reports, and change logs.
Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Linux administration (CentOS/Ubuntu/Debian).
  • Hands-on with AWS or GCP (basic services).
  • Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes and monitoring tools.
  • Shell scripting with knowledge of Python/Ansible/Terraform.
  • Familiar with Nginx/Apache, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and queue services.
  • Strong networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, firewall rules).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Git.

  • Preferred:
  • Certifications (AWS, RHCE, etc.).
  • Experience in 24x7 managed service environments.
Junior Engineer – Fresher
Experience:
0 to 1 years
Responsibilities:
  • Completion of RHCE course (Certification is an added advantage).
  • Good knowledge of Linux.
  • Strong communication skills.
